Thank you for shopping with Bluelizer Technology Pvt Ltd. We are committed to delivering high-quality voltage stabilisers, wires, and electronic products. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is returned within 7 days of the date of delivery

The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact

The product is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase

The return reason falls under one of the accepted categories listed below
Accepted return reasons:

Manufacturing defect or product not working on arrival (Dead on Arrival – DOA)

Wrong product delivered (item does not match order)

Product damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video/photos)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or physical damage by the customer

Products with tampered or missing serial numbers

Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Products purchased under special sale, discount, or clearance offers (unless defective)

Consumable items such as wires and cables that have been cut, installed, or used
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or an unboxing video

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility

Step 4: If approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions

Step 5: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, your refund or replacement will be processed
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

Online payments (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card): Refund credited to the original payment source within 5–10 business days

Cash on Delivery orders: Refund issued via NEFT/bank transfer within 7–10 business days (customer must provide bank account details)
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or wrong product delivered by us.
5. Replacement Policy
If you received a defective or wrong product and prefer a replacement over a refund, we will ship the correct/replacement item at no additional cost to you, subject to stock availability. Replacement requests follow the same 7-day eligibility window.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at +91 94556 30143 or bluelizertechnology@gmail.com with your order number.
Cancellation terms:

Orders cancelled before dispatch: Full refund within 3–5 business days

Orders cancelled after dispatch: Not eligible for cancellation; please initiate a return after delivery

Custom or bulk orders: Cancellation is not permitted once production or procurement has begun
7. Warranty T&C
BLUELIZER WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
All BLUELIZER products are covered against manufacturing defects subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

WARRANTY PERIOD
• Servo Voltage Stabilisers – 1 Year Limited Warranty
• Mainline Stabilisers – 2 Years Limited Warranty
• AC Stabilisers – 3 Years Limited Warranty
• Wires & Cables – 6 Months Limited Warranty
The warranty period shall commence from the date of purchase mentioned on the original invoice. Customers must retain the original purchase invoice as proof of purchase.

WARRANTY COVERAGE
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal operating conditions and proper usage as prescribed by BLUELIZER.
BLUELIZER's obligation under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective parts or products at its discretion. Repair or replacement shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to the customer.

SERVICE & REPLACEMENT CHARGES

In the event that a product is approved for replacement under the applicable warranty period, a fixed service, logistics, handling, and replacement charge of ₹999 (Rupees Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Only) shall be payable by the customer before dispatch of the replacement product.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not provide free replacement, free transportation, free courier service, free installation, or free doorstep service.

The ₹999 charge shall apply irrespective of the customer's location and shall be non-refundable once the replacement process has been initiated.

BLUELIZER reserves the right to inspect and verify the product before approving any warranty claim or replacement request.
BLUELIZER reserves the right to determine the mode of transportation and service procedure.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty shall be void and shall not apply in any of the following circumstances:
a) Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, misuse, negligence, mishandling, abuse, unauthorized modification, tampering, or improper maintenance.
b) Damage caused by voltage fluctuations beyond the specified operating range, electrical surges, lightning, short circuits, overloads, power failures, or unstable power supply.
c) Damage caused by water, moisture, flooding, rain, corrosion, chemical exposure, pests, insects, rodents, or environmental conditions.
d) Damage caused by fire, burning, overheating, smoke, explosion, natural calamities, acts of God, earthquakes, storms, accidents, or external causes beyond the control of BLUELIZER.
e) Damage resulting from repairs, servicing, dismantling, alterations, or modifications performed by any person or service center not authorized by BLUELIZER.
f) Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, discoloration, aging of components, or consumable parts.
g) Products with removed, altered, defaced, or unreadable serial numbers, labels, stickers, or identification marks.
h) Commercial losses, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or third-party claims.

CLAIM PROCEDURE
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:
• Contact BLUELIZER Customer Support.
• Provide a copy of the original purchase invoice.
• Provide the product serial number (if applicable).
• Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photographs/videos if requested.
BLUELIZER reserves the right to inspect and test the product before approving any warranty claim.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances shall BLUELIZER, its directors, employees, dealers, distributors, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
The maximum liability of BLUELIZER under any warranty claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

RIGHT OF FINAL DECISION
BLUELIZER reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether a defect is covered under warranty and whether repair, replacement, or rejection of the claim is appropriate. The decision of BLUELIZER shall be final and binding.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Warranty Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to the product, warranty, sale, service, or use of the product shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, and no other court shall have jurisdiction.
By purchasing or using a BLUELIZER product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Warranty Terms and Conditions.
"For all warranty-approved replacements, a fixed charge of ₹999 will be applicable towards inspection, logistics, handling, and replacement processing."
8.APPLICABILITY TO ONLINE MARKETPLACE PURCHASES
These Warranty Terms & Conditions shall apply equally and without exception to all BLUELIZER products purchased through any online marketplace, including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Snapdeal, the official BLUELIZER website, authorized dealers, distributors, retailers, and resellers.
By purchasing, accepting delivery of, installing, or using any BLUELIZER product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Warranty Terms & Conditions irrespective of the platform, seller, or channel through which the product was purchased.
Any return, replacement, warranty claim, service request, or dispute arising after the applicable marketplace return period shall be governed exclusively by these Warranty Terms & Conditions.
BLUELIZER reserves the right to reject any warranty claim that does not comply with these terms or where proof of purchase from an authorized sales channel cannot be provided.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged

If accepted, record an unboxing video and take photographs of the damage immediately

Report to us within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone with your evidence
Transit damage claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
