1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The product received is defective or non-functional

  • The product delivered is different from what was ordered

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

  • Damage caused by voltage conditions beyond product specifications

  • Products with tampered serial numbers, labels, or seals

  • Products returned without original packaging and accessories

  • Custom-made or special-order stabilizers

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team with:

    • Order ID / Invoice

    • Product images or video clearly showing the issue

  2. Our technical team will review the request

  3. If approved, return instructions will be shared

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping or installation charges (if any) are non-refundable

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of manufacturing defects, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement timelines depend on product availability

  • Replacement products carry the remaining warranty period only

6. Warranty vs Refund

Please note:

  • Warranty claims are not the same as refunds

  • Issues covered under warranty will be handled as repair or replacement, not refund

7. Installation Responsibility

Bluelizer recommends installation by a qualified electrician.
Improper installation may void return, refund, or warranty eligibility.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
